Cache Valley Boxing provides training through Boxing Fitness Classes, Personal Training and Seminars with certified coaches and trainers. Proven drills and techniques with minimal impact to the general club member.

Each class is a complete workout focusing on a specific muscle group or reflexive action.

Different workouts daily combined with our high energy and positive training staff makes our club stand alone among the rest.

Will I be required to compete or spar?

NO. Competition and sparring is available for those that want to compete or for self defense. All sparring is regulated through USA Boxing rules and regulations for affiliated gyms in the United States requiring registration and physical evaluation.YOUR BODY YOUR CHOICE.
